Unique features of state research:
- State researchers can request to "Opt-In" to data sharing.
- Opt-In allows a State to conduct multiple projects under one Data Use Agreement.
- Opt-In allows a State to disseminate the data to other state agencies conducting research.
- States may request data for beneficiaries residing in the requesting state plus a 5% national sample for benchmarking.
