Stephanie Jarosek, PhD, BSN

Dr. Stephanie Jarosek joined ResDAC in November 2015. She received her Ph.D. in Health Services Research, Administration and Policy from the University of Minnesota School of Public Health and her Bachelors of Science in Nursing from the University of Wisconsin. Dr. Jarosek’s research focus is leveraging secondary datasets, especially administrative claims data, for health policy and clinical outcomes research.

Jeah Jung, PhD, MPH

Jeah Jung, Ph.D., M.P.H., is a Professor in the Department of Health Administration and Policy in the College of Health and Human Services at George Mason University. She has 20 years of experience with Medicare data. Using varied Medicare data sets, she has authored numerous papers that examined health service use or spending, quality of care, and health outcomes among Medicare beneficiaries. Analyzing Medicare Fee-for-Service claims data, Dr. Jung examined how provider practice patterns change in response to new Medicare policies or market environments.

Jen Reese

Jen Reese has been an Executive Advisor at ResDAC since 2015. For the Department of Plant Biology at the University of Minnesota, Jen was both a lab tech and research assistant with experience in designing and implementing research designs, writing and editing papers and procedural documents, and handling all administrative responsibilities of the lab. Jen has a Bachelor of Science in Genetics, Cell Biology, and Development from the University of Minnesota.

Elizabeth Voss

Elizabeth Voss came to ResDAC in April 2016 with a Bachelor of Science in Community Health Education from North Dakota State University and a Master of Public Health from Walden University. Her previous work experience includes knowledge in grant management and health promotion program development and delivery.

Kendra Komoto

Kendra Komoto has been with ResDAC since June 2017. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology and Community and Global Health from Macalester College, and an MPH in Epidemiology from Columbia University.

Jennifer Koper

Jennifer Koper has been an Executive Advisor at ResDAC since spring of 2016. She recieved her Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Minnesota and has over 15 years of experience in a small national survey research firm with a focus on health care research. In addition to office administration, she assisted research staff with tasks ranging from study design to report writing. As the HIPAA Privacy Officer, she developed policies, procedures, and training for compliance regarding health care research data.
