This variable corresponds to the other location information in the APL location record, including: MC_PLAN_ADR_LINE_1–3, MC_PLAN_CITY, MC_PLAN_STATE_CD, MC_PLAN_ZIP_CD, and MC_PLAN_CNTY_CD.
Values: State-reported location identification number. The field can contain any alphanumeric characters, digits or symbols (e.g., 13222. 00001, 1)
