Evidence of CAHPS Pre-Approval

The purpose of the evidence of pre-approval is to show that the CMS Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers & Systems (CAHPS) staff have reviewed the project description and agree that the identifiable CAHPS data are appropriate for the study.
