Purpose of this document
The Research Identifiable File (RIF) Data Use Agreement (DUA): Amendment Request form documents an update or change to an existing DUA.
Who uses this document
All RIF requests that involve an update or change to an existing DUA must complete an amendment request.
Key definitions
What is the difference between an amendment and a new request? An amendment is a change or update to an existing project. A project that is substantially different from a current project is considered a new request.
