This variable is the number of months during the year when the monthly TAF managed care plan type code (in any of the 16 possible fields; MC_PLAN_TYPE_CD_01_01 - MC_PLAN_TYPE_CD_16_12) = 02 (Traditional PCCM Provider arrangement).
