• MH Prepaid Ambulatory Health Plan (PAHP) Months

• Substance Use Disorders (SUD) PIHP Months

• SUD PAHP Months

(Variables called MH_PIHP_MOS, MH_PAHP_MOS, SUD_PIHP_MOS, SUD_PAHP_MOS, MH_SUD_PIHP_MOS and MH_SUD_PAHP_MOS, respectively).
