There will be a record for a beneficiary in this supplemental file if the beneficiary was covered under any type of waiver in any month in the calendar year. Specifically, this value is set to 1 if there is a non-missing value for any of the monthly waiver ID variables (WVR_ID_##_01- - WVR_ID_##_12) or monthly waiver type (WVR_TYPE_CD_##_01 - WVR_TYPE_CD_##_12) in any of up to 10 waiver-ID/waiver type values in any month during the year from the monthly enrollment TAF.
