Comments

If the beneficiary was successfully linked to Medicare claims data, race and ethnicity from the Medicare enrollment files was used. If the beneficiary was linked to Medicaid claims data, but not Medicare claims data, race and ethnicity from the Medicaid enrollment files was used. If the beneficiary was not linked to either Medicare or Medicaid claims data, race and ethnicity from the AHC screening and navigation data was used.
