This variable is the number of months during the year when the monthly TAF waiver type code (in any of the 10 possible fields; WVR_TYPE_CD_01_01 - WVR_TYPE_CD_10_12) = 06 – 19 or 33, all of which represent a 1915[c] Waiver.
